I booked a room here, completely last minute, as I arrived into town late in the afternoon and could not have been happier with my choice, or my stay. The staff were all so friendly and helpful; the rooms were comfy, clean and spacious (I booked a family room as I was travelling with my partner and little one); and the location was perfect, with it being in walking distance of any shop or restaurant you could want! I highly recommend popping in for a stay if you’re passing through Inverell, as I know I’ll be happy to stay there again next time I’m visiting.

The motel itself is definitely only 3 stars but it is spotlessly clean and comfortable with professional and caring management - hence the 5 star rating. The motel is located near the centre of town and within easy walking distance to everything. Parking is reasonably secure. We were on motorcycles and were able to park out of sight of the main road. We booked 3 x twin single rooms for an overnight stay on a motorcycle trip. The rooms aren't huge but definitely not pokey. As mentioned, all our rooms were spotlessly clean with the beds at about a 7 on the comfort scale. Mark, the manager (and I suspect the owner as well) was great and checked several times to make sure we had settled in ok, had everything we needed and that we were happy with where our bikes were parked. He seems like a really nice guy. It's definitely not the Sheraton but it's a good, clean, reasonably priced and well situated country town motel with attentive management. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it. In that context: 5 stars.

The room was very clean, tidy and comfortable. The ceiling fan and aircon worked wonders, the water pressure is very strong and brilliant. I have stayed here a few times now, and never had any issues every time I have stayed. It’s great location as it’s walking distance to most things needed.

I stayed for a week recently with my assistance dog. Room was spotless and recently renovated. Staff were super friendly and helpful, and location was awesome. The only I struggled with on occasion was the parking, but luckily I had a small car and was able to weave in between the big utes. Great for those of us on very limited budgets and will book again next time I'm in the region for work. Really appreciated the welcome, especially for my 4 legged companion, because receptions like these do not always occur.

Stayed in one of the recently renovated family rooms and it was roomy, clean and had everything we needed. Had a nice comfortable bed, big smart tv, lounge and a table to sit at. Staff were super friendly and location was great. Would stay there again.

Despite what people might say, this hotel is lovely, the rooms are large & very clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. We would happily stay there again. Closets everything. 5 stars to you guys.
